| Comments: | This tag is a composite of two tags (Let a Smile Be Your Umbrella - Jay Giallombardo for an AIC opener and Rain, Rain, Go Away - Dan Wilson for Remember When). The first part is found in a couple of places on this website; however, the second is not. In fact, that's why I'm uploading this hard-to-find Rain, Rain Go Away tag. My quartet (Midnight Express) used the AIC opener for shows, but after many shows, the long lead post portion (not shown) became tiresome for me. We then substituted the Wilson rain tag with the tenor post. This combo tag is the result and how we opened our shows. Try singing the entire combo tag, or just use Rain, Rain, Go Away (last line/system). No matter which way you choose, you'll be sure to shoo the showers away. |
